MixerMail - Customer Retention System

I started the MixerMail in 2005 as a way to reach out to new customers and keep in touch with existing clients. The system sends out a drink recipe along with a message about what’s going on at my company at regular intervals of one every two weeks. The MixerMail has been a great success for my company bringing me monthly referrals and helping with customer retention.

I would like to automate this system so it allows other companies to send out their own messages. I would like the system to give companies the ability to pick their own theme, like drink recipes, PC tips or other categories and add a personal message. Then the system would generate a complete message based on the theme and the personalized message from the company. These would be sent out via email and posted via RSS. Companies would have an admin to select messages, keep a list of recipients and track responses. The system would allow for automatic subscribes and unsubscribes and would adhere to CAN-SPAM rules for compliance.

I am currently looking for five companies or organizations that are willing to beta test the system for a small setup fee. They would get unlimited use of the system for one year as long as they provided regular feedback as to the effectiveness of the system and any bug fixes/updates needed. The setup fee would cover initial programming and add to monthly maintenence and training. If the program works for them I will replicate and automate the system and open it up to the public.
